"Arrived to check-in but was not allowed to as there was miscommunication between App and the Hotel. Had to then pay the property direct for accommodation as I could not be helped by agents"

"Booking was done in July 2022 but on arrival Sun1 provided me with disabled room smelling pee untidy. Was wondering what's the used of booking early instead of receiving 1st preference I had very terrible services. I was indeed disappointed will never booked at SUN1 ever. "

"Waited for ages to get in property. No coffee, tea, milk or sugar in the room NO TOWELS OR SOAP! NOT EVEN HAND SOAP AT BASIN. NO WATER IN THE MORNING. COULDN'T EVEN FLUSH TOILET."
