"I was in the front room with good amenities so I stayed 3weeks because I had a back problem. But the karaoke, construction & screaming kids were all questions I asked repeatedly in emails & texts and never got answers until the last day I when I threatened to cancel. Called 3 phone #'s & no one answered. "This hotel is only 500 hundred meters from the beach in a very good location. The big plus of this hotel in the staff. They speak English well and you can ask them all sorts of questions and they will try their best to answer you. We had our transfer to the airport organised by the staff and it all went well.
