"Wonderful hotel and an excellent breakfast. The owners are super people and treat their guests as family. We had a mountain-facing balcony view that was absolutely stunning. Some guests mentioned the WiFi and it’s true that it comes and goes in and out; however, downstairs in the bar area, the signal is very strong. So, if you plan on hiding out in your room and streaming videos, etc, don’t count on it. If that’s not the case, we highly recommend this hotel. "

"Clean and spacious rooms. Great location with a short walk to the ski lift. We didn't have any issues, but at times we found communications from the staff to be a bit rude."

"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....

"Disappointed for the price. There is a new and old building for the hotel. I stayed in the old which was okay. The front desk noted there was a sauna but I could not use it because it was not in the price. The previous hotel I stayed at was less expensive and it was included. Towels were rough industrial towels for a kitchen not a bath. Breakfast was okay, breads were a bit stale. I think only a few people were staying at the hotel so the food was not as fresh. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked having the use of a fridge (shared with other guests) and alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages available in a fridge at very reasonable cost. "

"We had a very good stay for five nights. The accommodation is run by a family with great hospitality. We enjoyed the breakfast and also had dinner on site at the restaurant for three nights. The dinner was family style and of very good quality and reasonably priced. The room we had was on the second floor with a balcony and spectacular mountain views perfect for taking sunset photos of the Sassolungo Grippe. "The property is well placed in a spot we love , the rooms clean spacious and comfortable , breakfast fresh , varied and plentiful but most of all Kate and Diego are incredible hosts . Their welcome , warmth and huge local knowledge are amazing and made our holiday ."
