"We enjoyed our stay overall but since it was two adults and four children we chose to get the 3 beds with two rooms and for some odd reason they decided to put that room directly above the reception desk and over looking the entire lobby. The lobby is nice but you could hear the kids and us since we were over the reception and lobby and everything echoed. We had a couple complaints of course. The kids were just being kids, excited to be in a hotel room. So, it made us a little uncomfortable and...

"Although I didn't realize this was more of a motel than a hotel, for what we paid, we were impressed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My friend and I initially booked for one night (separate rooms), but decided to extend our stay another night because the cost was so reasonable ($50 - $60)."

"This place exceeded my expectations. It’s the nicest place I’ve stayed when visiting Cedar Point. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. They also gave you free wine, beer, and chocolate! Staff was kind and walks you to your room on arrival. My only complaint was it was a bit loud in the morning, there was a family with kids staying down the way that were yelling and running around but that can’t be helped. I will stay here again! "

"We also love rooms that open out to the parking lot, like here. Finding the entrance road to the property required a phone call to the front desk; entrance road not at all intuitive. Surprise $50 fee at check-in in case of damage. Though it will be returned, the check-in said it might take as long as 2 weeks."

"The hotel is lovely—very unique and nicely furnished. My only complaint is the pet fees—we were told that we needed to pay $25/day/pet. That’s totally reasonable. When we checked in however, we were told there was an additional $75/per dog non-refundable deposit, that meant we paid $200just for our dogs!! That’s almost the cost of the room. Note to pet owners be very specific when asking about pet fees!!"
