"location is good , staff also good, only the 1st room heater was spoil, report to the front desk in the middle of the night and the guy come to my room and said is normal, the whole night was nightmare for me, the think blanket never leaft my body at all. lucky next morning, a lady front desk come to my room and decided to change the room for me, now i'm in the good room and good night sleep "

"We didn't stay as this place is not what it seems. Completely disorganised with noone on site to assist you. This place is a leisure centre at best with some beds available. Once someone came to assist we took a look at the rooms and decided to go elsewhere. Would not recommend here."

English level is very basic hard to get what they talk about and they don't understand as well. There was no other customers except one other than me but it still says single rooms are full. "
