Find 2 Star Hotels in Ninh Hoa from SAR 23

"We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, one being a King-bed and the other twin beds. One room was fine. The other, we were given a twin room with 2 queen beds and the person told us that we can only use ONE bed and not touch the other !!! We did not want to make a fuss and find this really ridiculous. Hope Hotels.com can take this up with the proprietor and allocate suitable rooms for all guests in the future. Really disappointed."

Upon arrival, I found the hallway completely unlit, creating an eerie atmosphere. An old mattress was discarded in front of the elevator, adding to the neglect. My room's city view was merely a backdrop of rooftop houses in the alley. The walls were scratched, dirty, and poorly painted, with shoe marks and sticky floors throughout. "Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach, the staff are all super lovely and very keen to help you organise your plans for the day. The pool and bar on the rooftop make for a great social environment, and the rooms are well sound proofed so you can easily block out the noise of the busy city streets below!
