"Hotel mocno średni. Pokoje tragedia połamana deska WC, ułamany zaczep od drzwi prysznica, spalona żarówka w szafie, niedziałające wifi, szlafroki tragedia. Prośba o większe szlafroki nie została zrealizowana mimo że powiedziano w recepcji że będą dostarczone. Upominanie się o papier toaletowy bo nikt nie donosi rano i dwa razy o obsługę kręgielni. Źle naliczona kwota za pobyt i brak informacji w restauracji o wykupionej obiado-kolacji (na szczęście udało się to wyjaśnić). Jedyny plus za SPA i...

"Lovely new construction hotel where an old palace once stood. Very modern appointments and rooms. We prefer a bit more charm and historical reference but can see the appeal of this place. The food was great but dining room and common areas very stark. Nowhere to really relax or unwind which resulted in an early departure. The room with large windows was beautiful but definitely in need of proper bedside lamps. It was either overhead fixture or reading spots. No elevator or bell service so best...

"Hotel is on outskirts of town and is mainly a resort with cabins and basketball courts and a small sandy beach on lakeside. Area is beautiful but for a "business" traveler this hotel doesn't offer. WiFi poor. Room small and there was two single beds in my room which were fold up beds that were so low to ground its difficult to get up from. "Wonderful! Their spa/water facility , esp hot tub to rest my tired body & was such a blessing that evening after walking for 5 hrs at the Malbork Castle on the same day. The room was big, airy beautiful with the view of front entrance. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes & slippers. The towels were big fluffy. "It's alright. We checked in late (11pm) and the reception was very helpful, though the kitchen was closed. Clean room, though twin beds instead of a double bed. The bar was quite loud in the night, not so good. In the morning the reception could only speak Polish and German. We were told where the breakfast was and the breakfast itself was very nice. But we were told the price and charged afterwards and it was a bit over our expectation."
