"This hotel is perfect for a night or two. We will definitely stay again. No frills but it has everything you want in a room. A comfortable bed, spacious, spotlessly clean, air conditioning. Be aware however Expedia says check in at 2.30. That’s not the case. You need to check in before 2pm as reception is not 24hrs and it closes at 2 then reopens at 5pm until ? Sorry can’t remember. "

"Done many stays over the years in this area, definitely wouldn’t class as 4 star, very basic, room was riddled with ants, even in the bed, and later discovered hundreds in my handbag as it was left on the floor at the side of the bed, lady on reception didn’t even apologise for this. "We booked a room with sea view and it was great, the room was spacious and just as pictured. The place is easy to find using a GPS but beware of the very steep uphill streets. There are about 5 parking spots on-site but 3 of them are covered and the street is so narrow, the person from the hostel recommended parking in the street to avoid risk of being blocked and not able to move our car. The check-in was not done on the hostel but at another hotel relatively far from here. Apparently they...

"Beautiful, accommodating, off grid, stunning views. Google will misdirect you. As soon as it says turn left off the road, instead go straight ahead for 2 km and pick up the signs on the lampposts. Don’t come off the road. Go straight ahead. Ask to see the spa. It’s historical and amazing. Didn’t have a treatment. Would love to next time xxx"
