Also I was charged and incidental fee tht no one else in the group was charged. I asked for an explanation of it and the attendant could not give me one. The hotel itself was very comfortable."

"My partner and I were driving home from a trip further North when a snow storm and many accidents were ahead. We decided last minute to find a place to stay and came across this Best Western. The reservation was seamless, we got a room immediately after booking online only 5 minutes before, and the room was perfectly comfortable. Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, and we were able to rest the way we needed to before getting back on the road in the morning. Thank you!"

"The hotel definitely has to do some updating...the lobby is acceptable but the my room on the 4th floor was messy. From the bedding falling off the bottom of one bed-it looked ripped, to the marks on all of the walls; dirty lamp shades, worn rug, extremely dirty TV remote, it really needed some TLC. The bathroom was clean. The employees were GREAT, breakfast was good, parking was easy."
