"Stayed in the big family room on the top floor Sun 11th Feb with my wife, daughter and dog. The room was very clean, huge smart TV, tea/coffee facilities and very spacious! We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Lynn, the host was very nice, friendly and helpful.. showed me around all the facilities and showed us how to use the key codes. "We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. "The property is lovely. We had a look around when we got there and its spacious with plenty of storage. There was tea and sugar in the cupboards as well as a comprehensive welcome pack including a map and the menus of nearby takeaways. The beds are comfy, the sofa is comfy, the shower was good, theres also a downstairs bathroom whcih was great as we were 3 people. Would definitely stay here again."
