"The staff were excellent, polite, friendly and efficient. The room was very very good - good standard of fittings, bed extremely comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were immaculately clean. In a fantastic location with astonishing views out over the city and "easy" access to the castle and cathedral - I say "easy" because although it's a short distance to them, Lincoln is a very hilly place! All in all, a brilliant stay."

"Very good overnight stay, room was clean & comfortable, had the large bathroom all to myself. The bar had a good range of beers and friendly locals made for good company. About a 10minute walk to the Cathedral & Castle so was very happy with the location. I would definitely stay again when I next visit Lincoln."

"Wow...... I went on my annual girlie holiday. Alone with my niece and Isla her 7 year old daughter. Because of the Kerfuffle this year, our holiday abroad was cancelled so we decided on a staycation instead. "We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. "The property is lovely. We had a look around when we got there and its spacious with plenty of storage. There was tea and sugar in the cupboards as well as a comprehensive welcome pack including a map and the menus of nearby takeaways. The beds are comfy, the sofa is comfy, the shower was good, theres also a downstairs bathroom whcih was great as we were 3 people. Would definitely stay here again."

"Dirty windows ripped curtains dull interior had job fiddling the Hotel, could do with a good clean over all I am very surprised that Expedia have not visited it and seen for yourself the state of the place. Did stay the night would not let our dog stay there TERRIBLE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE "
