"Had a great 2 night stay. Substantial breakfast. Great value for money. Easy walk tocentre. Getting a parking bay outside can be difficult but plenty space in the municipal car park opposite at €1/day. Would stay again."

"Great location for sight seeing, can be a little noisy in the mornings. Rooms basic but nice and clean. Time of year no receptionist so checking in a little frustrating. Buffet breakfast adequate if you get up before it runs out. Most staff very nice and helpful "

"Our stay was great. I would recommend this hotel! Very walkable to bus, sites and restaurants! Ladies at the desk were very kind and welcoming! Allowed us to store luggage before and after check in/out! Best bed I’ve ever slept in Europe!!!!! Nice balcony. No refrigerator but that was ok. We would stay again! Very clean!!!!!"

"We had an excellent stay at Hostal Casa Mercedes. Thank you to the team there. We arrived on a late flight after reception closed, but were given access code to enter property and key was left in our room. It was all communicated in advance and worked without any problems. The room (junior suite) was spacious with large comfortable bed, double shower cubicle and balcony with direct view to sea. Breakfast was lovely and had a great selection. Excellent value for money. "

"You will not find a better located hotel room in Nerja. Combine that with its reasonable price and I give this place 5-stars. It would behoove you to get the online check-in paperwork done before you get to the front door so you already know the code to your lockbox. Don’t expect any staff onsite. "Lovely ensuite room. Comfy big bed. Large balcony got the sun all day with view to the beach. Very central. Above restaurant but quiet at night. Cleaned every day & fresh towels when needed. Mini fridge in room. Friendly, helpful staff around all day. Big supermarket & lots of shops, cafes, bars close by."
