"The service was okay and bed were okay otherwise there was lot to improve upon in the hotel. The chair provided was very dirty and had white spots of dirt over it. The washroom was very small and the ceiling had fungus grown over it which was covered with a glossy paper. The space was very less for a room and washroom. The sanitary wares were old and pipes and fittings rusted. The only good thing was service. They woke up and put on the geyser at 4:30 AM in the morning because I had to leave...

"All was very good, everything you needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great, real hot water. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. Also an electric kettle was provided for coffee/ tea in the morning, a nice touch ."

Toilet seats were not cleaned, dustbins not epmtied, linen not changed after used by previous guest. I found each and every corner of the room uncleaned.
