The room didn't have any hangers and he sent those immediately. The room is not advertised to have electric kettle but on being asked he provided one with coffee/milk/sugar packets! "I started off in a tiny uncomfortable room like a boom closet with single bed even though I booked and paid for a non-smoking room with double bed many weeks in advance.
