"Overall, this hotel was convenient and quiet throughout the night. The staff was friendly and respectful with an easy check-in and check-out process. There were plenty of food options in the surrounding area as well."

"Staff was very nice. Everything was clean. Elevators were broke so some of family had to carry luggage up stairs to their room. That was just a inconvenience that was not really a big deal and was out of anyones control. It is what it is. I booked here because the price was good and would book here again."

"Plusses - The proprietor let me check in 3 hours early, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Minuses - The tv did not work(at night), the phone, in the room, did not work, and the wi-fi was spotty. Overall, I enjoyed my stay."

"We enjoyed our 2 night family stay. We had a double queen with a sofa. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We were on the first floor right outside the breakfast area and were concerned it would be noisy but we had no problems at all. Breakfast wasn't great but was adequate and we all had enough to eat. Customer service was awesome - everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was really nice to have the indoor pool in the middle of winter! The hot tub was hot, but the jets...

"Very nice for the price. A little out of the way, depending where you’re going. The breakfast is standard HIE, with good hours. The room is small with only one chair. A little dated but very quiet."

"Overall, it is a very good place to stay. The only drawbacks I will mention is the tub drain was running slow and the drapes had a couple of hooks missing/broken so, I had to work around it to keep it completely shut close. But for the price, over all I had a good staying and will surely stay here again and recommend it. Many good restaurants and stores within walking distance."
