"It's a nice property. Close to many government offices and large companies. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. I liked the bathroom design. It was spacious and gave many options. The closet was also well-designed. I felt the luxury. The breakfast had plenty of options but mostly Chinese food and very few options for the international guests. The staff didn't speak much English or other languages. It was very hard for me to ask for my choices if they were even available. I liked the lobby....

"what attracted us to this hotel was the pool and the hot spring, the two could be done with a good scrub, the hotel its self is a bit shabby, the room service could be a lot better, food not to bad but a bit pricey not excellent but as far as Chinese hotels go it was a pleasant enough stay."

"The staff are excellent at this hotel and do go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. The condition of the hotel is a little old, slow elevators, corridors and the lobby are open and have no air conditioning do by the time you go anywhere you are uncomfortably hot. The location is far from anything so maybe a shuttle could be offered to help those without a car or bus information easily accessible would also help. "This is the newest hotel in Haikou and opened during the pandemic period. Had high expectations as I last visited in 2018 and this was still building and I stay at nearby Hilton Haikou. A few issues we had which is why we gave 3-star rating: 1.
