Most hotels are okay with going in and getting something that is either cold, like fruit, muffins etc, or will let you get something hot if it's ready. This Holiday Inn Express puts ropes around the serving area and will not let you in before the 6:30 opening. That takes away from this place being inviting. The room was nice and clean.
