"Although the room and facilities are clean, they are dated. Some of the bathrobes provided need to be replaced. One had a hole on it…. I used this hotel many times over the years and it seems to be going down in quality. Sorry to see that."

"Very spacious and clean rooms. Street noise is a tiny concern for those living on the 10th floor or lower (I didn't experience much street noise living on the 16th floor during my second stay)."

"Love it, the bed is big enough for three people to sleep on it."

"Staff was very friendly, room was nicely decorated and clean except for a strong cigarette smell. We loved everything about our stay but the smell. Room was quiet and dark at night, bed was soft, ac was strong. Shower water pressure was very strong. There were several outlets for charging devices. Everything was excellent but for the cigarette smell. "

"Felt like there were bed bugs. Otherwise, we were ok with the hotel even though it's a bit unusual in bathroom setup."

"I chose the “pay at the hotel” option on the website agreeing to “pay in local currency”. However, this hotel charged my debit card without my authorization. I tried to explain the situation using a translation app since they don’t speak English well. Then the receptionist showed me a translation that said , “no way”. A different receptionist tried to fix the situation the next day, but my card had already been charged. Therefore, I had a negative balance in my U.S. bank account and had to...
