"Good location, but quiet. Friendly staff, laundry service available. Large room, Comfortable bed. Working Aircon, hot water but this runs out fast. Room had a strong air freshener smell when we arrived which we had to air out. Otherwise excellent value for money. "

"Nested in between big rocks of Ninh Binh, this is a place for those seeking to be closer to nature with the protection of a roof. You'd be sleeping under a mesh so no worries of mosquitoes and other flying insects but the truth is, at least in November, there was virtually no mosquitoes or anything that came into my room. Excellent service. Two of the staff, Trung and Phong, were very pleasant to talk with. I had some good, lengthy chats with Phong. Recommended."

"Staff is very friendly and very helpful. They gave me a great tour on a moto of the surrounding tourist sites, cooked me delicious breakfast every morning, and gave me some free wine every night. My room was clean, toilet and shower works great, and plenty of hot water. The surrounding city/village is beautiful. They assisted me in booking my next bus to Sapa village. "

"Our stay could have been worse and maybe a different room would have been better but we were really unhappy with the room and location. Although situated close to the Hang Mua walk (about a 5 minute walk), the road it’s self left much to be desired. Maybe it didn’t help that we arrived at night, but the street was deserted with no street lamps and only 2 places to eat including an overpriced pizza place. We loved being able to borrow the homestay's free bicycles to ride to the Trang An river cruise. The staff gave us water and a snack for our onward journey which was much appreciated. "
