"Wonderful location, clean hotel, great, friendly staff. A perfect place to stay. On a side note, please be aware there is a resort fee in addition to the price hotels.com quotes. I didn’t read the fine print and didn’t know until I got there. "

"The check in was seamless with their self service system. It was pretty modern and convenient. The room is really small and i am surprised how they make the best out of such small space. I do not have any complaints it was actually a pretty cool and comfortable experience. Would definitely stay again. Did not get to interact a lot with staff as it was a short stay. "

"My husband and I spent NYE in Boston and stayed at the Copley House. It was affordable and the perfect place to stay for a few nights that allowed us to walk most places we wanted or walk to the T. Check in and check out were both easy and convenient. Highly recommend! "
