"Place looks somewhat run down on exterior. Interior is from late 70s but clean and a bit updated in bathroom. The large window door onto poolside patio is very nice. Nice size fridge and medium microwave and medium small 2 chair dining table and a small couch, two bedside low dressers and a regular dresser (all older but decent condition) complement the hominess.
