"The WC water was leaking all night i couldn't sleep next day they didn't get it fuxed or even looked at . My room was not cleaned for 2 dayes and not provided with frish towels. Breakfast was average coffee was not really coffee."

"We arrived very late after a delayed flight plus cancelling another hotel booking that had been dirty. It was bliss to be let into this lovely clean roomy apartment. They seem really nice. But there bed linens are a bit crisp. Everything else is good. Its just an easy downhill 10 min walk to restaurants/ beach marina. (They have over estimated) but when tired, we get a cab back approx 150 tl. "

"Horrible communication from the staff, they were extremely rude to me and my family. They did not follow what was agreed with writing prior to booking and showed us a huge surprise bill, on top of that, the waiters were ignoring our requests, and very rude. Room was ok, it was dirty behind the bed walls and hidden places. I will not recommend staying there and find yourself a better and kinder staff to work with. The only thing was nature and sea, which has nothing to do with this hotel."

"We went there for vacation. Bodrum was the best place that I have seen for vacation. The Hotel Paloma is moderate. It is really close to the street of bars in Gumbet. It is 15 minutes distance to the center of Bodrum with public transportation that makes your vacation perfect. Cleaning, safety and service was really good except air conditioner.
