"As a foreigner staying in Multan is really difficult. You are not allowed out without a police escort and getting one depends on the relationship the hotel has with the police or the effort they want to put in. This hotel is by far the worst of the three Multan hotels I stayed in. The staff are pretty unmotivated and continually promise things will be done when they clearly won't.
