"Alerted hotel staff that the dog poo waste station was full and overflowing Friday and they said they would notify maintenance. It was never emptied. Asked for extra fluffy blankets and was brought woven cotton blankets. Room stayed nice and cool."

"The GM Christine checked us in upon arrival.She was so accommodating and friendly.The hotel was spotless from the parking lot , front of the house, inviting area to relax and the breakfast room.They even kept the game room with some slot machines sparkling clean.
