"Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Upon check-in, during, and check-out, the front desk staff was awesome; very welcoming. The only thing I did not like, I found the bed to be uncomfortable, caused me to experience back aches during the night until the morning."

"청소 개선이 필요합니다. 소파 위 아래에 머리카락이 여럿 보이고, 음식 부스러기도 여럿 보였습니다. 가끔 애용하는 곳인데 이번엔 많이 실망스럽네요. 전반적으로 깨끗하다고 말하기 어려운 상태였습니다. "

"관광지와는 약간 거리가 있지만 조용하고 공주 분위기를 더 느낄 수 있는 곳이라 좋았다. 방도 아늑하고 편안하다 대신 방음이 잘 안되어서 큰소리로 얘기할 수 있는 분위기는 아님 체크인도 편하게 했고 관광지 정보도 잘 말씀해주셔서 더 오래 못있었던게 아쉬웠다"
