"Probably the friendliest, most chilled hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff couldn't do enough for you and always very welcoming. The hotel is a beautiful, 16th century building in the old town centre, which is amazing. I was in a room which faced to road so, sometimes, it could be rather noisy, but the streets are very narrow and it's an old building. Only issue I had was a lack of hot water in the evening but it wasn't a major problem. A 2 star hotel which makes up for it in many other ways."

"The welcome snd food served were 5 * with the meal being excellent in both value and quality ( Shane about the rose not chilled) the hotel needs a makeover it’s tired decoratively but compensated by the lovely staff and service "

"Ideal stopover and close to all the fantastic sights Troyes has to offer. Couple of niggles- parking was extra (I clearly hadn’t read the info clearly) and it was sooooooo hot in the rooms (naively I thought that this would have been solved since so many people had previously commented on it) Overall, it was good value and well situated."
