"They were very good about correspondence before hand. It was a little hard to find my room as I came in after hours the room was perfect very quiet, dark clean, and it even had a little balcony. I would stay again"

Entry into the parking garage could be an issue and the gate has to be opened by the gentleman. They close at 8PM, so don't be late and there is a code to get in the front door to walk around town. "Very tiny rooms. Dining options at the hotel and in the area and very limited. Beds gave us backache both nights. It’s definitely not worth 75 euros per night. Very suspicious location too pretty haunted. No elevator "

"Centrally located with clean and comfortable rooms. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and allowed us to store our bike in the garage during our stay. Breakfast had a variety of options, although a little fruit would have been welcome but that’s just personal preference. "

"The problem was at checkin. I arrived after 8:30pm so there were no staff, the checkin machine required a physical card which I had not brought with me (I was cycle touring). I tried the emergency button but the person who answer was all “nothing I can do”. I slept in the lobby until 2am when an irritated staff member woke me and after some persuasion checked me into my room."

"Check in was advertised 2.00.p.m. was actually 5.00p.m. The hotel was closed between 12 pm and 5 pm so no access to swimming pool reception food or drink during afternoon. We did not stay as not what we expected at all."

"Service was amazing. The person working there (I do know his name just not sure he wants me sharing it) was very helpful and took us to Murs. He was very friendly and shared his knowledge of the area with us. He even took us to a pizza truck and translated for us (we only know English). Very happy with the stay"
