"Very clean, nicely upgraded rooms and dining area. Nice staffs. Quiet and nice neighborhood. I was arriving around at 11:30 PM was little hard to find the hotel being first time at the town. Breakfast was good, there seems to be no better eatery in the neighborhood. I enjoyed staying at the hotel! "

We drove into Nevers and walked along the river. Filled with petrol at the local supermarket and ate at a pizza restaurant just down the road. "

"It’s a cute property—small and quaint. The breakfast area is a cute alcove down in a basement whose surroundings look like a cave. Too cute. There’s kinda like a spiraling stairway down and then up again so a person with severe disabilities may not be able to partake in the complimentary breakfast unless someone fixes a plate and takes it upstairs in the lobby area. "The hotel was OK, but the pictures made the room look larger than it was. Also, there is an additional four euro charge for use of the A/C. We did have a lovely dinner at a Nevers, BOUCHON NIVERNAIS. So, for a stop on the way to Paris, it was OK."

"We chose this property for location and for the advertised spa but didn’t understand that the staff closed it at 5 pm so if check in is 3 pm and you’re only staying one night that’s a very short time in the hot tub or sauna. It’s a beautiful setting and the breakfast was superb. "
