"Very surprised when we got there we couldn't get in, walked right round the block to find a way in. Owner very friendly and his new dog, room very basic and clean, for the price it was fine. We did not realise he only has a few rooms on the first floor, the rest of the building is apartment's or offices, hence why we couldn't walk in. Breakfast was very basic but for the price it was fine. "

"We were able to make the reservations easily the evening before our check in, the place is in a great location of the town of Menton & near the train station. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view from the balcony. I’d 100% stay here again especially considering reception notified us that we’ll receive a discount next time if we order directly through their website. "

Room is simple and well done, has everything we need (we loved having an electric kettle in our room and complimentary tea, etc. in the lobby) Secure parking was my main concern since I'm relocating and everything I own is in my car for this trip. Parking was an individual garage on the property for 15 euro, so that was a great comfort. Owner is very nice and helpful, we would stay here again. "

"It has 6 floors, I stayed at 5th with a beautiful balcony view of the entire bay and Menton view. Room had decent space for our luggage. "

Walking to the old city, business centers, shopping district or the beach is easy and just a few minutes in any direction of the hotel. As a budget hotel, the H33 Hotel is a good option."

"Got to hotel and sign saying closed.We weren't notified at all. Got moved to another Adagio apartment a fair way from where we had booked. Not tourist area. Average stay. Had a laundry but dryer needed about 4 goes to get dry. Better to go to laundromat. Beds uncomfortable. Could have been better stay "

"The property is very close to the tramway and the main street of Nice. It was very clean and well appointed. The property itself opens on to a pedestrian street ligned with eateries. Staff were pleasant and helpful."
