I was so disgusted I had taxi driver recommend a hotel. I am paying more, but I feel I am in the 1st world enjoying good food, good company, and feel safe walking around. The Marinara area looks like 3rd World Africa or S. America"

"The only confusing/frustrating part of my stay was my arrival. The gate seen in the photo is only open when one of the two cars that are allowed to park inside, opens it up. Otherwise the gate is closed and there are no signs showing you that you're actually there. On the left side of the gate is a door and doorbell. To get inside, find the door bell through all the vines and press it. They'll usually buzz you in, as long as it is before 10pm. You'll enter into the courtyard, bext, and...

"The Mezzanine was a bit hard to find or at least for my driver . Signage needs to have lights and would have been easy. Only real down side is the walls are like paper and you hear everything and I mean EVERYTHING "

"The property is very modern and nice but the staff made my stay. They all are very helpful and friendly. I would book there again even with the distance from the city center because of the staff. I agree that this should be a 5 star hotel."
