"Great location for Stratford Festival theatre. Had some concerns because peewee age hockey teams were at same hotel. Fortunately, they have been quiet. It would be nice to know ahead of time if there are such events or at least be able to request rooms distant from those shared by groups that are potentially noisy."

"Everything was amazing. The room was clean and bright, the staff were helpful, and we were close ti the theatres we needed. The only thing that I'd say that I didn't love was the noisy furnace/vent/whatever. I had earplugs and the problem was solved, so it wasn't a big deal. If you're a light sleeper like I am, bring ear plugs in case. Otherwise, this place was a gem and we will definitely be back!"

Excellent location near restaurants and close to Avon Theatre. Limited help as there is no on site front desk person to for sure assist in an immediate sense, especially at night. "Communication from this property needs to be greatly improved. A few days ahead of check in, I reached out multiple times to re-confirm my reservation but couldn't reach anybody. Left voicemails, sent emails and never heard back. The night before I was supposed to check in, I received a text message from the property informing me they had a hiccup with overbooking and would no longer be able to accommodate my reservation. "
