"Staff at check-in was courteous. The room was clean and basic. We asked for a higher floor and were assured we were on the 4th floor. Turns out that the 4th floor in the wing we were in is actually the ground floor. We set the temperature at 19 when we went to bed. We woke up around midnight and the temperature was 25. When I called the front desk they told me there was nothing they can do about it unless they get a few calls then they would call maintenance. "

However, there were a few hairs and stains on the bed sheets and pillows. The sink drain was clogged, causing very slow drainage, and the hairdryer was old and sticky."
