"I only stayed 1 night, but this hotel is a disaster . Barely any running water, no toilet paper or soap or shampoo. Blood stains on pillow and sheet. No dead bolt on door . But the staff were decent and the food was good in their restaurant."

"My family loves everything in Crusoe Cabins & the entire Casobe. There's just some minor thing to fix in the cabin where we stayed - the shower door is not closing properly thus water goes out of the shower area making the toilet area always wet & slippery. But overall the stay was great, we'll definitely come back. "

"Over-crowded.Organized gambling and drinking parties till 4 am in the morning with very loud music and drunk aggressive customers shouting and making very loud noises it's not possible to sleep. The hotel management doesn't care and told us we need to accept it. I wouldn't recommend the Hotel for a relaxing diving trip at all."

"Friendly staff, big rooms with cool temperatures. I wish the pool was open! My only other suggestion would be to build an additional layer of security to the front. In its current form, anyone can walk through the gate and up to your room. From that, I felt unsafe though I did not encounter any crime. Trip was very successful otherwise - thank you!"

"What I did not like the most was the musty smell of the room. Did not bother to ask for room change as it will take a lot of time. Note that the smell stuck on my shirt after I woke up the next day. Also, the receptionist who took charge of our room assignments did not allow us for the three (3) rooms to be beside each other for the reason that they were not from the same booking.
