We had an issue with our first room (security latch was broken) and staff did not hesitate to make it right by putting us in a different room. Front desk staff (2nd shift) went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! "

"Right off of I10, easy check in, very clean, everything worked as it should. Breakfast was typical, first experience with chocolate waffles and strawberry sauce! This hotel was right alongside of a truck stop and our room was facing it, right by the truck parking area, however we did not hear any truck noise! Through Hotels.com, we had a great rate and upon reviewing other hotels in the surrounding areas, this was the absolute best choice!"

"The room,appeard clean but there were roaches and hopping spiders. The staff gave us som.e bug spray and we later bought some on our own. The staff was nice and accomodating. The grounds were not very clean and there were guests putting their cigarettes out on the stairs up to our room. Also flipping lit butts on the veranda where they could be stepped on. "
