"The receptionist was very friendly. There were cookies and orange infused water in the lobby. The room and bathroom were large. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was adequate. My only complaints: young children running up and down hallway at 10 pm, dog barking in room close by, and hot tub had just been cleaned prior to our use so chemical smell was strong and affected our nose and eyes. I would definitely book here again if I was traveling through. "

"Hotel was great only issue is our toilet was clogged and took over an hour to get someone to come fix it. We couldn’t switch rooms because it was full. "

"Overall this is a great hotel with very spacious rooms and we loved the separate bedroom in the king suite. (Just be sure to ask for linens for the pull-out when you check-in.) The room was very clean with very good amenities. The free breakfast was a nice option in addition to a full kitchen. It was a short drive to the riverfront for the concert we were seeing. The only negative for us was the kids running the halls and congregating at 11pm. They are in/out of the elevator playing games and...
