"My BD was the 5th. My wife’s the 9th. I enjoy this area and try to fish here 1-2x/year. Took my wife up last year for our birthdays and she feel in love with the area as well. House was perfect & very clean. Lots of pots, pans for the chef in you. Gas stove which is nice. Also, may seem small, but fridge has a very good ice maker so no runs to the store for bags of ice. Yard was very nice and large. Rail to Trail only steps away. Waterville only 3-4 miles away so ez trip for supplies or...

"Great location. House was a work in progress. It seemed that the house was not 100%. It was fine for what we needed. We arrived at 11:30pm, out the door to stadium by 11am. Got back home after midnight. It was a nice port in a storm. Minor issues, no hand towels, no toilet paper holder, paint rollers in the refrigerator. It will be nice when completed. "
