"Marcus was a great host! Clear and very helpful. The pictures did not do it justice on how lovely the place is. It felt lived in but we also didn’t feel like we were intruding. The calming wood fire smell greeting us when we came in set the mood for the rest of weekend. To be frank though we didn’t feel comfortable grilling cause some of the fire guards in the grill had some rusty holes. "Great property. The amenities are perfect, and it has everything you might need! The hot tub, kitchen, indoor decor, perfect. Only note-there is a giant blue lives matter flag painted on the house, I did not see that in any photos. That might matter to some people either way, so wanted to bring it to your attention as a potential guest. "

"Our group had a blast staying at this lovely house. We should have extended the stay longer. The kids had fun kayaking, pedaling, and rowing the boat which were provided by the home owner. The adults enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the gorgeous lake. The interior of the house is very modern and cozy. When opportunity arise, I’ll like to book another weekend getaway there. I’ll like to thank the host again for their hospitable services. "

"We had a wonderful time at the property. It is much more spacious than the pictures do it justice. The house was ls clean and well organized and K, the property owner was fantastic. Very responsive to questions and even came and plowed and salted while we were there due to the slow and ice storm we experienced. The property is about 25’ from Elk Mountain but the drive is easy and pretty. I would suggest AWD or FWD of going during the winter since many of the roads in that area are snow and ice...

"House is exactly as stated! Clean & Comfortable! Unless I missed it -- I would only add that the King Bed is not in the master bedroom (room with ensuite), its in the 2nd bedroom. Grandkids ended up staying with us and loved their room! A wonderful Stay!"
