"We visited for our youngests daughters 5th birthdya trip to Legoland. The hotel was brilliant in location and the staff couldn't have been more lovely/helpful the entire stay. I emailed the night before our visit to ask if they might be abke to pop a birthday message in the room. They went abjve and beyond and blew up balloons and wrote a birthday card and laid out chocolates on the bed on a smiky face shape. So kind! Sana at breakfast and in the restaraunt was particularly lovely and...

"Lovely welcoming feel. Having stayed there a few times now, certainly some bedrooms are decidedly better than others in same category. Breakfast could be a bit more varied, but does the job. Evening meals are good. Fresh milk in the bedroom fridge which is a welcome change to those awful longlife little plastic pots you usually get. Comfortable bar and seating areas."
