"Pool area is dark, not very clean. Pool towels are size of hand towels and bad quality. Hot tub was down and we were not told at booking. Very disappointing. Broken chair in room. Paper products in room extremely low quality. So much so my 6 yr old grandson commented. Loved shower products. Most staff on their phones every time we walked through. "

Also, we were 3 families and booked separately. 2 families called the hotel to put us close to each other 2~3 months ago. 2 of us were placed far on the same floor and 1 family was put on the different floor. One family had bath tub issue, so they were moved to new room. New room was right next to the room on the same floor. Duh ~ Beside this issue, we still like the Residence INN for family or group trips. I have to compliment the staffs highly. They were very nice,...
