"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this BW. The staff was helpful, despite the issues with my declined Debit card that were immediately solved. Room was okay. AC and the fridge might be a little noisy for someone who has issues with sleeping."

"We were just at this hotel for a quick overnight before flying out of New Haven Tweed. It was clean though the bathroom was quite dated. There was a lot of noise from the highway, which made it difficult to sleep at various points during the night. There was also somebody parked outside from about 2 to 4 AM blaring loud music. It has outstanding proximity to the airport and other local attractions but next time I would request a room in the back of the hotel. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was that on check-in, we were asked if we minded that housekeeping would tend to our room every other day. We had no problem with that at all. We checked in on Monday. On Wednesday, we saw that housekeeping had come to the room while we were out. Beds were not made, but okay, that was fine. One trashcan had been emptied, but not the bathroom trash. There was one clean bath...

"Pool is the size of a large puddle. Would’ve been nice to know that it was that small. The reason we booked the room was so that the kids could swim on their April vacation"
