"The hotel is very rundown. The room smelled of tobacco and cannabis. There is no elevator at the site and it was difficult to get upstairs with my suitcase. I am a bit physically challenged at 70. When I asked for a room on the first floor, I was told that because I had a dog with me (11 pound small dog), I could not have a room on the first floor. We trudged up the stairs to our room.
