"Great service! The room was too hot for us, but we're bad in the heat :D Excellent bathroom and very comfy bread. Good breakfast too! Parking is really easy as well, and it's in a good location too. Walkable into to town, but without the town prices. Overall really good place, and the bar is great too!"

"Unfortunately although we had planned to stay overnight in Turckheim, our usual hotel had to close for emergency work, so this booking was a last minute decision. Although the location was right, we felt that the accommodation was very basic. The bathroom was clean but rather threadbare, with no extractor fan although it was in the corner of the bedroom. Parking was extremely difficult, and we had some distance to access the hotel carrying our luggage. We could not leave anything in the car...

"Couldn't make the 1st night of my reservation but hotel staff was very understanding, very helpful. Limited French on my part, limited English skills (though better than my French) on their side but they did their best to communicate with me. I was in France for a wedding and they helped me find dry cleaner and manicure locations. Location was good, room was great, clean, comfortable.
