Bit far from palace, zoo.. good parking space available.. has 2 lifts makes convenient to access room.. we requested 2 beds .. even with that room was spacey enough for kid to roam around. Bathroom are clean and comfortable. Commode is bit high for short people. Tv has ample channels to browse. Did not try Wi-Fi.. but it was available.. room service is good.. one gets tea,coffee and kettle .. enough space to put your luggage and hang clothes .. cafeteria has...

"It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to...

"So the taxi drivers can't find it. Opposite Govt. Guest house north doesn't work. Next to JP Palace is better- incidentally the buffet dinner there on the terrace is wonderful whilst the Samudra restaurant is empty and judging by breakfast with good reason. Hot water is intermittent- the hotel was empty but apparently hot water runs out when too many people want to take a shower. The internet is a pain. You have to re sign in every time you close down- and then play around with room numbers:...
