"GREAT place just barley outside of Mountain View, AR Close enough to Walmart, restuarants and down town, you could be to all within 5 minutes. We will definately stay there again when we return to Mountain View."

"Although the staff was great, the property is old and tired. The attempt to update falls short, very short. TV did not work. Shower was barely warm. Tile floor (entire floor) was dirty (not easy to keep clean). Again, not the fault of Staff, property is just worn out!"

"Had a great time! We had an upstairs room with a Gorgeous view of the river. Hit showers, clean rooms. Not terribly updated. But rooms are large, clean, and have everything you need. We especially enjoyed the full size coffee maker. We will for sure be back. "

"Everything about this place is awesome. It's so quiet and clean. I needed time away from the city and this place is definitely far from the city life. They offer wifi and you WILL need it. There is almost zero reception in the area... but I'm not complaining. The staff was awesome and very accommodating. Will be back for sure. "

"This place is so cute! We walked to get food and treats during our stay. It was a convenient spot to stay, while visiting the area’s state parks. I didn’t realize there were stairs inside the apartment and my toddler was overly fascinated, so we made a quick trip to Walmart for a safely gate and all was well. Would definitely stay here again! "The property was well managed, close to our main destination. Private and the property managers were extremely accommodating. We needed to drop the trailer off prior to check in.. when we got there we were allowed to check in early after having driven over 4 hours. Will definitely keep on our list for future travels. offprior to check in"

"Great location. Was able to walk to most everything during our stay. Unit is very large. Beds are comfortable. Only one drawback is there is limited parking. Public parking is available a short distance away. "
