"The reviews for this hotel don’t do it justice - it’s a hidden gem in Waltham. Our room was spacious and comfortable and, most importantly, it was squeaky clean. The staff at the front desk were very polite and courteous. Our kid really enjoyed the warm water in the pool. Breakfast was good too and the southwestern omelette was more delicious than you’d expect from the typical hotel breakfast. There’s not much around the immediate area but it’s very close to the highway - good restaurants in...

"There are so many positive things to say about the service we received at this location that it would bore you. To sum it up: Great Staff. Great breakfast options. Comfortable beds. Clean facilities. Great parking. It would be remiss of me not to thank some people. A Big Thank You to Peter, Elmer and staff that was working while we were there. These people are truly amazing and helped us to enjoy our stay at their facility. Only sorry I failed to take a photo of you guys to add to this post. "

"The room was clean and a decent size. We were disappointed with how long check-in took. Check-in was at 3:00, but there was only one person working the desk so it took almost a half hour of waiting in line to check-in. We had a shuttle bus that we needed to catch for a wedding, so unfortunately we missed the bus due to the wait. Other than that, we had a good stay."
