"This condo is on the Massanutten Resort, so you have to go to the resort check in desk. The listing and follow up email give conflicting information about check in time (some places say 4pm others say 5pm) and the link in the confirm email for directions is not accurate.Use the address for check in that is in the confirmation email and the resort will give you the address for the condo and map. Lots of fun caves in the area and things to do."

Their response was “they adjusted the bedroom configurations And that this did not impact the occupancy of the space.” Very frustrating to purchase what was advertised, then to show up and everything is switched around and incorrect. They are claiming the bed sizes are accurate, they are not. We measured the sizes of the beds ourselves after...

"Our family traveled from NJ and NC to enjoy time together during Thanksgiving. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home, host and location for our gathering. The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything you could possibly need while away. The host, Caleb, was very responsive and clear in his instructions. The teens all enjoyed the game room, outdoor space and hot tub, which was refilled and balanced just before our arrival. Would highly recommend!"
