"We had a fantastic stay at Casablaca. The staff and owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It is an easy 1 block walk to the main square. This is an excellent location to base out of to enjoy the Huasteca area. Dont mis Cascadas de Tamul!!!. "Realice la reserva en este alojamiento a primera hora de la mañana y llegando sobre las 21:00 ese mismo día me encontré que mi reserva confirmada por la plataforma de hoteles.com el alojamiento desconocía de la misma y tenia el alojamiento completo, por lo que era imposible quedarme en ese establecimiento, se tuvo que llamar a hoteles.com y al final me pudieron acomodar en otro hotel pero de menor categoría y mas lejos, creo que deben mejorar el sistema de reservas para que no ocurra esto, por...
