"It was very hard to find (do NOT use Google maps - it will take you to the wrong location). Upon check in the receptionist charged my card again, even though I pre-paid through hotels.com I had booked an all female dorm but was placed in a mixed dorm. I didn't particularly care, but something to consider if that is important to you. The dorm beds are all open, so no room with doorways, but the hotel was pretty quiet. "There are some really bad reviews of this property - and it's easy to see why. So, so many things required maintenance or fixing that are just left as they are. In our room alone there was a broken shower head, broken shower support thing, broken lock, and a couple other smaller things. But the positives outweigh the negatives. Great breakfast, great location, and super friendly service all made up for the few inconveniences in the room. Plus the view was spectacular!"

"The stay was overall good. The hotel is central. It is an old hotel however it have all the essential things a traveller would need. The registration was not amazing as the agent tried to say I have no booking and it is not possible to book within same day but when I threatened to talk to hotels.com then directly he changed his opinion and gave me the room. The breakfast was individual (they made it specially for me and they asked what do i need to eat). I took it at my room which is quit nice....
