"It’s always a great experience staying at this property. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The only disappointment I had this time was the room they gave me. It was room #131. It wasn’t to my standards like the other previous rooms I have stayed in. The restroom sink was clogged up the water didn’t flow well and it had stains. The restroom floor was also stained and since it’s the type of flooring that you glue down it was ugly. Needs to be replaced. Other than that everything else was...

"We were very favorably impressed with all aspects of our stay OTHER than the lack of water pressure for the shower. Don't know if this is some sort of restriction demanded by California, but if you can't feel like you are clean after a shower, what's the point? Room #408 "

"Front desk representative was fabulous. The breakfast was really good with a good selection to choose from. The hotel areas and room were very clean."

"Overall it was a good stay. The room was clean, but very dated. The breakfast was underwhelming, coffee, juice, apples and a waffle maker. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. I would definitely stay hear again, next time I’m in Oroville."

"It was short stay but they were VERY accommodating and helpful. We only stayed 6 hours or so but it served its purpose! Comortable and clean. Not a 5 star resort but very family camping feel to it. I will stay again when in the area. Looks like some long term residents are there so people are keeping it up and safe! "

"Came in around 10pm. Was afraid if using a kiosk to check in, but pleased that there was a clerk. Nice check in. Dated property but room was clean and quiet. Parking lot well lit and property is close to stores and restaurants. Remote did not work for tv, but it was late, so did not need it. Heating worked and I liked that the fan can stay on to muffle sounds. Beds comfy. Water not real hot, but we made due."
