"The front desk staff was wonderful- they accommodated us nicely when we needed to Change rooms. I needed an extra night - then they allows us to stay in the same room and took our luggage back up for us while we we were out. I didn’t like the surprise of the bedspread on the last day we were there. I was fixing the bed and noticed the flip side had many many stains and rips. I took pictures but don’t see a way to attach them here. I was very disappointed they still use old raggedy stained and...

"Staff was extremely helpful and assisted when asked very friendly awesome people . Said non smoking but bed sheets had holes and smelled like dogs staff made accommodation and changed room . No refrigerator, first room had no microwave and no irons .."

"When we arrived Saturday afternoon we were met by a smiling and welcoming young man "Guna". He remained that evening and early next morning. Then "Hatel" greeted us after breakfast and before we left. I must say that smiling friendly faces make a HUGE difference in life! And we were very grateful for them. Also the facilities and our room were very clean with a welcoming environment! Thanks sooo very much!"
