"This is the second time I've stayed at this property and once again it was a very rewarding experience. It's a family run hotel and there is a great deal of warmth toward customers. My room was well maintained and I really like the fact that there was always somebody at the front desk in the event I had a question. Giovanni was very helpful on arranging transport for me to the train station.. I look forward to return to Lucca when I do, hopefully I'll be able to stay at this property again."

"Avevo prenotato per tre notti, malauguratamente ho dovuto andare via un giorno prima, nonostante che al check in ho avvisato che sarei andato via anticipatamente ho dovuto pagare la terza notte completa , mi è stato detto che non esisteva neanche una penale. "Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."
